With the Kofax SignDoc Assistant app for iOS and Android devices, you can easily monitor and process all requests to sign or review documents in one place.

You receive notifications when documents need to be signed or reviewed. As soon as you receive a signature request, you can open the documents and follow the guided process as usual with SignDoc. Signing and reviewing is free with SignDoc.

The app monitors the status of the signing package and informs you when all documents are completed.

To use the app, use your email address to register the device on which SignDoc Assistant is installed. The Activation wizard will guide you through the process.

After successful activation, a confirmation will appear in the SignDoc Assistant Notifications tab, where you can view all incoming notifications for the app. Use the Tasks tab to access details about the signing package and the requested actions.

The app allows you to register multiple identities (email addresses).
