SignDoc Microsoft Teams App

SignDoc Standard can now be seamlessly integrated and utilized within the Microsoft Teams app for signing documents. The SignDoc Microsoft Teams app is an extension that allows users to start creating signing packages in the SignDoc Kofax Cloud. Users can also receive notifications such as signing invitations, team invitations, completion notifications, and delegation updates via the notification bot feature.

To create signing packages, users are redirected to the Kofax SignDoc Cloud login page where they can log in with valid credentials to access and use Kofax SignDoc Cloud services. Sending notifications to the Microsoft Teams account of the signer or reviewer is available for all SignDoc installations that have this feature enabled in the account administration.

Microsoft Teams chat notifications are enabled in SignDoc Standard via the *.enable.microsoftteams.notifications setting.
