Get the product version

Use the procedure in this topic to view the product version.

If you need to contact technical support, it is helpful to provide the version of your Tungsten TotalAgility installation.

Procedure

  1. View the product version using Transformation Designer.
    1. Open Transformation Designer.
    2. In the upper-right corner, select About About icon or press Alt + F1.

      The Product Version is displayed.

    3. Copy the contents of the About window and include it in your correspondence with technical support.
  2. View the product version using a tool or a rich-client user module.
    1. Open a tool or module.
    2. On the Help menu, select About.

      The Product Version is displayed.

    3. Copy the contents of the About window and include it in your correspondence with technical support.
  3. View the product version using one of the Thin Client user modules.
    1. Open one of the Thin Client user modules
    2. In the upper-right corner, select About or press CTRL, I.

      The Product Version is displayed.

    3. Copy the contents of the About window and include it in your correspondence with technical support.
