More general enhancements
The following are additional general enhancements, including improvements to scanner connection handling, Tenant Management System permissions and logging, and Import Connector reliability and performance.
Configurable timeout connection for scanners in Scan/VRS profile
A new Scanner timeout connection setting is added to the Scan/VRS profile to specify the duration to wait for the scanner to become available again if it is temporarily unavailable or busy. This setting helps prevent scan failures when the scanner is momentarily occupied by another process or requires time to initialize.
Tenant Management System enhancements
The following are the enhancements in the Tenant Management System:
- Standard user permissions are updated for the following areas:
- Database management
- Data center management
- Tenant actions
- The maximum file size and maximum number of log files can be configured in trace logging settings.
Import Connector enhancements
The following are the enhancements to the Import Connector:
- Support for importing emails from Google Cloud Storage.
- Memory optimization while processing lengthy PDF files with 1500+ pages.
- When a Message Connector goes down, an automatic email notification is sent to the administrator, listing all affected Message Connectors.
