Manage tenants

You can create, update, delete, and upgrade tenants in the Tenant Management System. You can also view the deployments and associated environments for a tenant and manage various tenant actions.

The Tenant Master, SQL Azure database contains information about all the tenants that are registered through the Tenant Management System.

Each tenant has their data and is allotted a specific SQL Azure database. This database holds the TotalAgility data (processes, forms, jobs, and so on) required to perform the business process activities.

You can create multiple database servers; however, the maximum capacity for each database server is 150 GB.

Before creating a tenant, you must have the following key information:

• The database server name.

• Tenant details, such as name, email address, and primary user information.

• The number of recurring imaging and transformation volume licenses to allocate for each tenant.

  • You can only use the tenant that can decrement the volume.
  • You cannot allocate reserve volume to a tenant.
