Removes annotations from one layer and adds them to another.

Parameters

groupLayer
Type: Atalasoft.Annotate.UILayerAnnotation
The layer containing annotations to ungroup.
hostLayer
Type: Atalasoft.Annotate.UILayerAnnotation
The layer where annotation will be added.
Remarks
If the groupLayer is contained within a layer currently in the LayerCollection it will be removed from the collection.
