Batch Settings tab

Use the Batch Settings tab to define behavior for the batch, for example after you have fixed all problems of the documents and the batch.

End of Batch Behavior

The settings in this group define the behavior of a batch when all problems have been reviewed and fixed. The following settings are available:

Keep batch open (even when all problems are fixed)

Select this setting to prohibit a batch from closing automatically when the last problem is fixed. Instead you have to manually close the batch. (Default: Cleared)

Prompt before closing batch

When all documents in the batch are processed, a message is displayed and asks you if you want to close the current batch. (Default: Selected)

Open next batch automatically

When this setting is enabled, the next batch is automatically displayed when a batch is closed. If Poll for next batch (seconds) is selected, the module checks for waiting batches based on the specified polling interval. If there is a batch waiting, it is displayed immediately. (Default: Selected)

Poll for next batch (seconds)
This setting is available on when the Open next batch automatically setting is selected. When enabled, set the polling interval in seconds. (Default: Cleared)
Override default thumbnail size

Select this setting to allow resizing the thumbnail images in order to more effectively utilize larger high resolution monitors. When selected, you can use a slider to overwrite the default size-settings of the thumbnail images with your own size. You can do that in 50% steps, from 50% to 400% in respect of the default size.

Script

This group has the following setting:

Activate script debugging

When selected, the Script Editor window can be displayed and scripts can be debugged in Document Review. By default, this setting is cleared and may be disabled completely by your solution integrator.

Batch Open Behavior

The setting in this group defines how documents are displayed when a batch first is displayed. The setting is as follows:

Document display behavior
Select a value to configure how this module behaves when a new batch is opened. Select one of the following:
  • Expand documents with problems (Default: Selected)

When this value is selected, all documents without problems remain collapsed and all documents with problems are expanded.

  • All documents collapsed

When this value is selected, all documents are collapsed, regardless of their problems.

  • Expand all documents

When this value selected, all documents are expanded, regardless if they have a problem or not.
