Assign folder fields to Tungsten Capture folder fields

The Folder Fields tab is used to map folder fields from the project to Tungsten Capture folder index fields. Due to the fact that the Tungsten Transformation root folder is always mapped to the batch class, the folder fields of the root folder are always mapped to batch fields. Therefore the following commands apply to batch fields if the root folder is selected or to Tungsten Capture folder fields if a different project folder is selected.

The batch or folder index fields may already exist in Tungsten Capture or may be created by using the toolbar commands.

Folder classes that are mapped to one of the project folders and the Tungsten Capture batch class, which is always assigned to the root level folder, are displayed in the list on the left. Folder fields and their associated index fields for the selected folder class are displayed on the right side. Additional index fields can be created from within the Synchronization Tool.
