The General tab has the following fields when you select the Inbox destination.
The destination name, which is visible in the destination selection list when you are creating shortcuts. The name must be unique on the server.

An optional description for the destination.
Select one of the following:
Send to authenticated user: Sends to the logged in Kofax Front Office Server client user
Send to specified user: Sends to the user that is specified at the time the job is submitted on the MFP or Thin Client.
