WpfAnnotationCanvasGroup Method (WpfAnnotationUI)

Combines annotations into a WpfLayerAnnotation and adds it to the CurrentLayer.

Remarks

This method will remove the annotations from the current layer they are in and place them into a new WpfLayerAnnotation.
