Job-level events are fired when something is about to occur or has just occurred in a job. For example, one event is fired just before a job is started and another is fired just after a job has been stopped.
For job-level events there is always an active Job and Application, but never any active Field, FieldDef, Form, FormDef, Set, or SetDef. If the job description includes batches, there is also an active BatchDef.
Event maps for job-level events are saved in binary files (Jobname.evm) in the Jobs folder.
