Use these methods to set and get the properties that are of the type String.

Settings

strPropertyName must be a declared string, and the value must be one of the following:

• cAddrString

• cName

• cOptional

• cScannerName

Remarks

Only for advanced users.

SetBSTRProperty is only useful if you are implementing your own variation of the form definition optimizer, which is not included in FORMS 5-3.
