This object contains the methods needed to modify or retrieve information about the scanner settings for a form definition. You must only change form definitions from the Manager module (see list of available methods). Other modules handle only Active form definitions, and changes made to activated form definitions can cause the system to behave unpredictably.
From other modules, use the Get...() methods to retrieve the information needed. Below is a list of the methods specific to the ScannerSettings object.
This object is only for advanced users. Also note that the ScannerSettings object’s properties depend on the scanner card and scanner interface used.
With this object you can retrieve all settings found in the scanner settings dialogs in FORMS Manager.
The Set... methods are only useful if you are implementing your own variation of the FORMS form definition optimizer, which is not included in FORMS 5-3.
