Working with field profiles

1. Using Manager, click the Document profiles object bar.

2. Click the plus sign (+) to expand a document profile.

3. Expand the Field profiles folder the same way.

   Each field profile is shown as an icon. Closed document profiles and inactive field profiles are gray.

You can:

• Add field profiles of different types:

• • Single item field profiles

  • Table field profiles (includes normal line items, tax tables, and bank account tables)

  • Barcode field profiles

• Open a field profile for viewing or editing

• Deactivate a field profile

• Delete a field profile
