For your convenience, XBOUND provides the following roles to use when setting up role-based privileges.
For handling security in your XBOUND system, the Security Manager actually uses the Active Directory users and/or user groups that are assigned to those roles. (This means that roles have no function outside of the Security Wizard.)
Role | Description |
Designer | Users of the Process Designer. |
Administrator | System administrators. |
Verifier | Users of XBOUND Document Verifier. |
Viewer | Group leaders. |
Technical User | The user account for these Windows Services:
