Add one or more invalid reason

You can add one or more invalid reasons, by following these steps.

  1. Open a document.
  2. Click the Change button to the right of the Invalid Reason list.

    A drop-down list of invalid reasons is displayed.

  3. Select a reason from the list and click Add.

    If the Invalid Reason is set to Other, add a Comment and then select a Routing option from the list.

    The selected invalid reason is added above the drop-down list.

  4. Optionally, add another invalid reason.

    Multiple invalid reasons are displayed in a comma-separated list.

  5. Optionally, change or remove invalid reasons as needed.
