Remove invalid reasons
If one of the invalid reasons listed in the comma-separated list no longer applies to a document, you can remove an invalid reason by following these steps.
- Open a document.

Click the
Change button to the right of the
Invalid Reason list.
A drop-down list of invalid reasons is displayed.
- Select the invalid reason that you are deleting from the list and then click Remove.
- Optionally, remove additional invalid reasons or add additional invalid reasons.
