Remove invalid reasons

If one of the invalid reasons listed in the comma-separated list no longer applies to a document, you can remove an invalid reason by following these steps.

  1. Open a document.
  2. Click the Change button to the right of the Invalid Reason list.

    A drop-down list of invalid reasons is displayed.

  3. Select the invalid reason that you are deleting from the list and then click Remove.
  4. Optionally, remove additional invalid reasons or add additional invalid reasons.
