User Exit support for Azure and OPMT environments
User Exit support has been improved for OPMT and Azure environments.

Extraction-related user exits can be added to the extraction group for on-premise, OPMT, and Azure environments.

A subset of user exits can be added as business rules and are supported by on-premise, OPMT, and Azure environments.
These business rules are configured in the settings.
