Named Tax Rate is not extracted from line items after adding Tax Rate Mapping and Primary Rate in Tax Settings.

Line item extraction does not extract a named tax rate, even if a mapping to a numeric tax rate is configured.

For example, STD is mapped to 20 in the Tax Rate Mappings. If STD appears in a VAT rate column in the line items it should be extracted, but this is not happening.

There is currently no workaround to this issue.

Equal Sign = Special Character in DB Password Prevents Saving DB Connection.

The equal sign (=) is considered a special password and cannot be used as a database password. Because of this, if the password includes an equal sign, the password cannot be saved.

Workaround: Ensure that your database password does not include an equal sign.

Invoice Type field on Validation form sometimes uses the Value instead of Translation Text value

When a Translation Text is added for an organization Invoice Type, the Value is returned instead of the Translation Text value when invoices are processed by the Validation activity.

Workaround: Enable the Kofax TotalAgility Use Form Cache setting in the System > System settings > System > Forms settings under the Cashing group.

Some reports do not display data (charts and bars) after auto-refresh.

If a report is opened in Analytics for AP Agility for more than 5 minutes and it refreshes itself automatically, the graphs or bars and any associated data is lost.

Workaround: Open the report again by navigating to the home screen and then back to the report.

Unit Of Measure Settings tab not hidden in an Kofax AP Agility Azure environment but the content of the tab is hidden.

If you are using Kofax AP Agility in an Azure environment and you are using a version of Kofax TotalAgility that is earlier than 7.8.0, the Settings > Invoice Processing > Capture Profiles > Unit of Measure Settings > Unit of Measure Settings tab is displayed in error, although its contents are hidden, as expected.

Auto Rotate turns Thai documents upside down.

When auto-rotate is enabled in the Image Enhancement Settings, either on the Scan form/File Import, or the Scan/VRS profile, some Thai documents are turned upside down.

Workaround: In the VRS profile, disable the "IPAgility with VRS" setting. This turns off auto-rotate and should eliminate flipped documents.

PIX: E2B Telecom invoice limitation.

E2B invoices that use the telecom format have multiple items for each line item. However, the generated image contains information about the first instance only. This is also true when the document is displayed in the Validation activity and the PIX Correction activity.
