Use this method to force a MouseDown event on the annotation.

An AnnotationMouseEventArgs containing information about the MouseDown event.

Thrown if the event args is null (Nothing in VB).
Remarks
The OnMouseDown(AnnotationMouseEventArgs) method is called as a result of using RaiseMouseDownEvent.
