Parsed file

Use the Parsed File window to create additional fields. These fields contain values parsed from a file name, the whole name, or a selected segment of the file name.

  1. On the Parsed File tab, Sample file to parse field, select the ellipsis to search for a sample file.
  2. On the Open file window, select an option.

    • File is located on the client computer and will be copied to the server for processing

    • File is located on the server.

  3. Click OK.
  4. Locate and double-click the file to load it into Insight.
