Schedule a plan

Use this procedure to schedule an execution plan. The plan will be loaded with the predefined frequency for the regularly scheduled intervals.

  1. If the plan is scheduled, specify the frequency for it: Click the icon with ellipsis under the Frequency column. In the Schedule section, select one of the options.

    • Manual

    • Every day, at specific times: Click the plus sign to add the execution time using calendar controls.

    • Every: Specify the interval and From and To dates.

    The data is loaded in accordance with the schedule. You can use a customized schedule to skip the data loading tasks during non-business hours and weekends, if required. For that, you can create a calendar and define the schedule that will be used to run the plans, and then select the required Calendar from the list under the Options section.     Specify the other options as required and click OK to close the window.

  2. On the Execution plans tab, select the check box for each execution plan to run automatically.

    Use the check box in the header to select or clear all plans at the same time.

  3. On the Actions toolbar, click Schedule .

    A confirmation message lists the time that the plan will be run.
