Table Settings tab
Use this tab to specify table settings for the target database specified on the Database tab.

Index Values : Table name
Select a table where your index data will be stored after the documents are exported. All predefined tables in the selected database are available from the drop-down list.
Once your table is selected, the Database Columns list is filled in with all predefined columns in the target database.
Database Columns
Lists all available predefined columns in the currently selected table in the target database.
Kofax Mappings
Use this box to link index values to columns in the currently selected table in the target database. Make sure all fields defined for export are associated with a column in the target database.
When you select an index value item, a context menu button appears. Click the button to display the following options for the type of data to link to a database column.
The availability of the following settings may vary, depending on which Kofax product (Kofax Capture, Kofax TotalAgility, or other) you use with the export connector. Also, with Kofax Capture, the term "batch class" should be substituted for "job."
- Unlink Field

Remove the values that were linked. If no index fields are defined, this option is not available.
- Document ID

Links the Document ID to the Document ID column in the database. Note that the selected table must contain a column for the Document ID.
- Folder Index Fields

Displays a list of folder index fields defined for the Document type. If no folder index fields are defined, this option is not available.
- Index Fields

Displays a list of index fields defined for the Document type. If no index fields are defined, this option is not available.
- Batch Fields

Displays a list of batch fields defined for the document type. If no batch fields are defined, this option is not available.
- Kofax Values

Displays a list of Kofax Values that you can link to columns in the database.
- Text Constant

Links a text constant. Enter a constant for the index value.
Documents : Table name
Select a table to contain the Document ID and Document path.
- Document ID

Provides a reference between the index data and the image for each document. It must be unique and non-null.
- Document path
-
Completes the path to the folder where the image data for each document is stored.
