Microsoft SharePoint Login Information window
Use this window to specify the Microsoft SharePoint login settings for export.
Note that Kofax Export Connector for Microsoft SharePoint can use the credentials of the currently logged on Windows user for authenticating against Microsoft SharePoint (single sign on). This determines the sites, libraries, and content types available to the user during configuration and at runtime.
- Site URL
-
Enter a fully qualified domain name. For more information, see your system administrator. Note that if this is a secure site, you will need to enter HTTPS:// instead of HTTP://.
- Credentials of the current user
-
Takes advantage of single sign on and uses the credential of the currently logged in user.
- Custom credentials
-
Allows you to use your own credentials. To do so, you then need to provide the following information.
- User Name
-
Enter your Microsoft SharePoint user name.
Note that if this is the first time that you are logging on to this export connector, then the user name is blank. After a successful login, the export connector displays the last logged in user name.
- Password
-
Enter your Microsoft SharePoint password associated with the user name.
- Domain
-
Enter the Microsoft SharePoint domain where the images will be exported and stored.
Note that the domain name is only used when a different Microsoft SharePoint domain is needed. If you are on the same domain as Microsoft SharePoint, you can leave this option blank.
- If unable to login during export, prompt for valid login information
-
Select this option to prompt for a user name and password when the export connector is not able to log on to Microsoft SharePoint at export time. Note the following:
Note Do not select this option if you plan to run Export as a service or if you plan to run the Export process during off-hours. The Microsoft SharePoint Login Information window requires a user response, which requires operator intervention.
