- Poll sub folders
- If selected, polls all the subfolders under the selected mail box folder.
Note
-
To poll a public folder's sub folder for EWS, include at least one subfolder in the folder, such as Public Folders\xyz and All Public Folders/TestPublicFolder01. It is necessary to specify the applicable root public folder name, such as Public Folders\xyz and All Public Folders in the path.
-
MS Graph does not support polling of public folders on an Exchange Server. To poll public folders on an Exchange Server, use EWS.
-
For IMAP, polling of sub folders in a multi-instance mode is not supported.
-

-
Single Instance: Allows polling this mailbox with only one Message Connector. Using this value and running multiple connections in parallel may import the same message multiple times to Kofax Capture.
-
Multiple Instance: Allows multiple connections to a single mailbox, without risking duplicate imports.
However, not all IMAP servers support this option. To verify whether this option is available for your IMAP server, use Test Mailbox.
Note For IMAP, you can only poll the inbox in a multiple instance mode.
