Merge Training Sets Manually
If your project has any documents in either the Classification Set or the Extraction Set, these documents are not merged automatically when two projects are merged.
Because of this, it is necessary to manually merge your training documents so that they are not lost during the merge.
Steps 1 to 3 below must be performed before you merge your projects.
Otherwise, this training data is lost.
You can merge training sets manually by following these steps:

Before merging your project, open a training set.
The path where these training documents are stored is listed in the header of the Documents pane. If the path is too long, right-click on any document in that document set and select Open in Windows Explorer.
- Copy the selected document set outside of the project.
- Repeat the above 2 steps if you have other training sets.
- Merge your project.
- Open your newly merged project.
- Open the document set from step 2 as a test set.
- Add the relevant documents to either the Classification Set or the Extraction Set.

Train your project.
Your new project has the same training documents as the original project.
