Commonly used buttons and icons

Table 1. Common buttons
	Create, Add	Creates an item. Adds an item.
	Delete	Deletes an item.
	Browse	Navigates to a location in the machine to select an item.
	Actions	Displays the actions that are performed on a job.
	Move Up	Moves the item towards top.
	Move Down	Moves the item towards bottom.

	Activate	Activates the job.
	Change Owner	Changes the owner of the job.
	Change State	Changes the state of the job.
	On Hold	Places the job on hold.
	Recover	Recovers the job.
	Suspend	Suspends the job.
	Terminate	Terminates the job.
	Refresh	Refreshes the page.
	View Subjob	Displays the details of sub job.
	Re-evaluate Pre-conditions	Re-evaluates the pre-conditions.
	Re-evaluate Score	Re-evaluates the score.
	Re-evaluate Skin	Re-evaluates the skin.

	Status	Resets the status of the activity.
	Expected Finish Time	Specifies the Expected Finish Time to complete the job in terms of date, hours, minutes and seconds.
	Duration	Displays the duration of time when the job is open.
	Time Spent	Specifies the amount of time spent on the activity.
	Expenditure	Specifies the expenditure spent on the job.
	Loaned Resources	Displays loaned resources.
	My Work	Displays the work of the logged-on user.
	Productivity	Displays the productivity of the resource.
	Roles	Displays the roles.
	Update	Updates the item.
	Update Actual Date	Updates the actual date.
	Update	Updates a note.
	Update Target Date	Updates the target date.
	Update Value	Updates the value.
	View	Displays the note.
	Edit	Edits an item.
	Return to Associated Jobs	Takes back to the Associated Jobs

	Green	Represents the status of the job that is assigned by the user.
	Red

Table 5. Work queue activity actions
	Take Activity	Runs an activity.
	Complete Activity	Completes the activity.
	Reassign	Reassigns the activity to another user.
	Add Note / Process Design Notes	Adds a note to the activity.
	View Job	Displays job details.

Table 6. Manual work allocation actions
	Reset Resource, Un-delegate	Resets the resource and clears the allocation. Removes the delegation between resources.
	Resource/User	Identifies the resource as a user.
	Allocate & Leave	Allocates the task to a resource while keeping the resource available for other activities.
	Allocate & Remove	Allocates the task to a resource and the removes the resource from the list of available resources.

	Associated Groups	Displays the associated groups for the selected resource.
	External Resource	Identifies any valid email id as an external resource.
	Resource Group	Identifies the resource as a group not an individual.

	Information	Displays the summary of the process.
	Priority	Displays the priority of the process.
	Duration	Displays the duration of time when the job is open.
	Budget	Displays the budget of the job.
	Expected Cost	Displays the cost of the job.
	Resources	Displays the floating role resources.
	Performance	Displays the performance of the job.
	Zoom Slider	Zoom in or out the process map.
	Orientation	Displays the map in horizontal orientation.
	Orientation	Displays the map in vertical orientation.
	Legend	Displays the color legend.
	Refresh	Refreshes the page.
	View Previous	Displays the previous process map.
	Tools	Creates a customizable process. Note This option only appears if you have access privilege to customize a process.
	View Process	Displays the process map. Note This option only appears for an embedded process or a subjob.

	Orientation	Displays the map in vertical orientation.
	Legend	Displays the color legend.

	View Previous	Displays the previous process map.

	Information	Displays the summary of the activity.
	Restart here	Restarts the job at the selected activity.
	Restart next	Restarts the job at the next activity. This icon only appears if another activity follows the selected activity.
	View Process	Displays the process map.
	Priority	Displays the priority of the activity.
	Due Date	Displays the due date of the activity.
	Resources	Displays the list of resources and roles.
