The Queries panel lets you view the list of private and shared job list queries. The details of the query are displayed in the Results tab on the top right. TotalAgility Workspace provides out-of-the-box shared queries for the JobList control.

A JobList control includes the following shared queries:

• Live Jobs Created Today: Displays all the jobs created on that day.

• Live Jobs (default): Displays all the live jobs.

• SLA - Amber: Displays jobs which are in Amber status.

• SLA - Green: Displays jobs which are in Green status.

• SLA - Red: Displays jobs which are in Red status.

You can change the default query.

You can search for a job (or case) in the Results tab:

1. Select Job (or Case) from the Search list.

2. Enter the job ID (or case reference) in the adjacent box.

3. Click Find.
