Validation activity is an application that runs in a browser. You can use it from a Kofax TotalAgility workflow to validate the contents of fields captured with the Scan Create New Job form or the Scan activity applications. With this activity, you can perform such tasks as rejecting documents, and forcing all the fields in a document to be valid. You can also add "sticky notes" to add comments to documents.

You can designate a document to be used for training. This may help improve separation and recognition for similar documents in future jobs.
