Load a Repository and Select a Folder

To view an item in a folder or document, the repository must first be loaded. You can load a repository and select a folder by following these steps:

  1. From the menu, select File > Load root folders

    The repository is loaded, and a list of folders is loaded into the Repository pane.

  2. Click to select a folder.

    The properties for that folder are displayed in the Properties pane.

  3. Optionally, Search for a folder, document, or field.
  4. Optionally, select a different folder or a document.
  5. Optionally, view other folder fields or document fields.
  6. When you are finished, select File > Exit to close the Repository Browser
