Activate the license

You can activate the license details for primary and backup license server.

  1. On the header bar, click Licensing > Activation.

    The License Activation page appears with the licensing details for the primary and backup servers.

  2. On the Deployments list, select the deployment for which to activate the licenses.
    • If the license details are already configured when installing the TotalAgility On-Premise Multi-Tenancy, the server name, port number, and license details (serial number, product code, and machine ID) for the primary server and backup server are automatically displayed.
    • If license details are not preconfigured, do the following:

      1. Enter the Server Name and Port Number for Primary Server and Backup Server.

        Activate the backup license server if the primary server is disabled.

      2. To update the license server, click Set Primary & Backup License Servers.

  3. Under License Details for Primary and Backup servers, select the type of activation:

    • Automatic: Click this option to activate the license automatically and enter the Serial Number and Product Code.

    • Manual: Click this option to activate the license manually and enter the Activation Code.

    The license server automatically generates the Machine Id and Activation Code Version.

  4. Click Activate.

    The license is activated successfully.

  5. Click Close to return to the Tenant Management System page.
