Settings tab - Properties of Predefined Document Type Locator window
This locator method enables you to select a document type from the Tungsten Document Library. The selected document type has all the necessary subfields in place and the extraction of these subfields is preconfigured. Simply assign the locator subfields to the fields of your document type. No additional extraction setup is required.
Some of these document types may use third-party cloud-based Large Language Models. For details on which documents support this, see the Tungsten Document Library help.

Once a document type is selected, the Available subfields table is populated with the relevant data.

Subfield Name (Default: All fields selected)
Subfields can be either simple fields (
) or table fields (
).
Table fields enable you to select a table model to define the table structure and to map the table field columns to table model columns. Once a table model is selected, its name is displayed to the right of the table field.
