Settings Window - Batch Settings Tab
Use the Batch Settings tab to define behavior for the batch after you have verified the last field on the last document of a batch.
- Last Field Accepted Behavior
- This group defines what happens after fixing the last field in a
batch. It has the following option:
- Prompt before closing document
-
When all fields in the document are processed, a message is displayed and asks you if you want to close the current document. This option is selected by default.
- End of Batch Behavior
- This group defines what happens when a batch is fully processed. It
has the following options:
- Prompt before closing batch
-
When all documents in the batch are processed, a message is displayed and asks you if you want to close the current batch. This option is selected by default.
- Open next batch automatically
-
When this option is enabled, the next batch automatically opens when a batch is closed. If Poll for next batch (seconds) is selected, the module checks for batches to be processed based on the specified polling interval. If there is a batch waiting, it opens immediately. This option is selected by default.
- Include suspended batches
- This option includes suspended batches in the batches that
open automatically.
Important This option is only available if Kofax Transformation Modules is installed with Kofax Capture 9. If Kofax Transformation Modules is installed with Kofax Capture 10 or a later version, batch filtering is available and this option has become outdated.
- Poll for next batch (seconds)
- This option is available on when the Open next batch automatically option is selected. When enabled, set the polling interval in seconds. This option is cleared by default.
