Confirm fields

Some fields may require verification in "Confirm" mode. If this is the case, you need to review the original data by comparing it against the image and pressing a single key to confirm it is correct.

Some fields are pre-populated with the original value and can be edited. If the field data is incorrect you can edit the field so it matches the value on the image. An error message is displayed in the Current Error pane.

Some fields are pre-populated with data but cannot be edited. As a result, if the value is not correct, the only option available to you is to reject the document.

An error message is displayed in the Current Error pane providing more information about the error.

  1. Review the image and edit the field if possible to match the image.

    Depending on the options configured by your solution integrator, a field can be read-only. If this is the case, you can reject the document or page instead.

  2. Press Enter.

    The field is marked with the verified icon Field Verified icon and you are taken automatically to the next field that requires verification. Once all fields are verified, you are prompted to save the batch.
