Publish batch classes

Kofax Capture batch classes must be published before they can be used for creating batches. In addition, they must be republished whenever batch class settings change.

Note You cannot publish a batch class that includes Server unless the batch class is synchronized with a Kofax Transformation project. Attempting to do so results in a publishing error.

  1. From the Kofax Capture Administration module interface, click the Batch tab.
  2. Right-click the batch class that you want to publish, and select Publish from the context menu to display the Publish window.
  3. Click Publish.

    The publishing process checks the batch class selections, including any Kofax Transformation Modules specific settings, and returns the results to the Results box.

  4. Assess any warnings, correct errors if necessary, and republish the batch class if changes are made.
