Accounting actions toolbar

Use the Accounting actions toolbar to take actions on the invoice lines and distributions and change the view of the table. Available on the upper horizontal toolbar above the table, the Accounting actions toolbar includes the following buttons:

1. Expand all: Expands all distributions.

2. Collapse all: Hides all distributions.

3. Add line: Adds a new invoice line to the table.

4. Edit line: Starts the In-Place Editor tool to edit the line.

5. Copy line: Copies the current invoice line or distribution line. When you copy an invoice line, its distributions are not copied.

6. Delete line: Deletes the selected row after a user confirms the deletion.

7. Add distribution (for invoice lines only): Adds a new distribution line under an invoice line.

Buttons are disabled when you cannot modify an element.
