Product rebranding

The Mobile ID Capture product has been renamed to reflect the Tungsten Automation brand. The company that provides Mobile ID Capture was previously known as Kofax, Inc.

AuthenticID support

Tungsten Mobile ID Capture 2026.2 enhances AuthenticID support.

  • New response fields display values from AuthenticID for submission errors and capture quality. These fields show either Passed or Failed and the reason.

  • A new sample workflow for Tungsten TotalAgility contains a user exit node that is triggered when AuthenticID returns a Failed response. This default workflow can trigger a job. You can also customize your own workflow.

This release updates the field tables. For details, refer to the Tungsten Mobile ID Capture Extracted Field Tables.

  • Switzerland identification card (front/back) 2023
