Offline mode
To make the documentation available for use in offline mode, obtain the following file from the Tungsten PSIcapture product package that you downloaded from the Tungsten Automation Fulfillment Site.

TungstenPSIcaptureDocumentation_2025.2_EN.zip
Copy the .zip file to your PSIcapture computer and extract the contents:

Print folder: Includes the Tungsten PSIcapture Installation Guide.

Help folder: Includes Tungsten PSIcapture Administrator Help and Tungsten PSIcapture User Help.
Navigate to
Under Settings to override default Support links, in the Product documentation address field, set the path to the folder with the extracted files, such as:
c:\ProgramData\PSIGEN\TungstenPSIcaptureDocumentation_2025.2_EN
