Configure business holidays
You can set up the rules and the company holiday schedule, so that emailed alerts are processed in the correct time frame. Note that you need to update business holidays every year. To configure business holidays, perform the following actions.

Click the
Business holidays button.
A new configuration window appears.

Select the check boxes across the top of the screen.
They are used to set the standard company working days. For example, if your company works a standard week, select Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

To set any exception from the normal workdays, enter a holiday name and select the date.
To confirm the changes, click Add.
To remove a holiday from the list, select the preferred holiday and click Remove.
