Printing Notes and Comments

Comment boxes will print where they appear within the PDF.

Notes will print below the bottom margin of each page like a footnote; the text of the page will be reduced to allow this.

1. Choose File > Print.
2. In the Print dialog box open the expanded dialog box by clicking Show Details.
3. Check the option to "Print Comments" and/or "Print Notes."
