Adds sample documents from images that that you produced – one document per image file. | |
Adds one a sample document. If you select multiple image files, then the document will have multiple pages. | |
Deletes the selected sample document(s). | |

Allows changing which document specification is assigned to a sample document. | |
OCR data is saved with each sample document. If you switch languages or if you switch interpretation engines, you need to clear the previous OCR results and repeat the tasks that you used the sample documents for. To clear the OCR data, select the sample documents and click . | |
Allows you to divide your sample documents into two groups, one for training and the other for validation. Select one or more sample documents and click . Then select or , and click . | |

The name of the sample document, which is automatically generated. | |
The number of pages in the document. | |
The result of the last classification validation. | |
The document specification that is assigned to the sample document. Click to change. Note: This column is only displayed when you open the dialog | |
Tells you whether the sample document is for training or for validation (see above). | |
The date the sample document was created. | |
The date the sample document was last modified. | |
