Processing documents in different languages

Important: In RCC all document specifications in a solution must have one and the same language setting. In addition, this language setting must correspond to the language specified in the solution policy.

This does not necessarily mean that all of the documents must be written in the same language, only that the document specifications with which they are processed must have the same Countries and Languages settings.

Example: Let's say you want to process two languages in a solution, with classification using the classifiers on the document and blank pages between documents.

How to do it: Create a language specification that combines the characters that are included in both languages. In the Dictionary settings, select a dictionary that you believe will give the best result. Change all of the document specifications to the new language (instructions). Test the classification as described in Validating document classification using sample documents, and make any necessary adjustments.
