Use this procedure to zoom in and out on images or to scroll in images that are displayed in Verification:
Using Verification, in the pane, select the image.
Zooming: Select > and then one of these options:
: Zooms in on the image in the image viewer.
Tip: Zoom in by holding the key and left-clicking the image.
: Zooms out on the image in the image viewer.
Tip: Zoom out by holding the key and right-clicking the image.
: Zooms in/out on the image so that it fits the full width of the image viewer.
: Zooms in/out on the image so that it fits the full height of the image viewer.
: Zooms in/out so that the entire image fits.
You can also press and hold while you use your mouse to outline an area that you want to magnify.
Scrolling: Select > and then one of these options:
: The image moves upwards.
: The image moves toward the right.
: The image moves toward the left.
: The image moves downwards.
Tip: You can adjust the keyboard shortcuts for these commands.
By default, the most recent scroll position for each viewer, document type, and process step are saved in your user settings, and new images are displayed in that position when first displayed. To disable this feature, open the dialog and deselect
You can press and click in an image. If data was collected from that part of the image, it is highlighted in yellow and focus shifts to the corresponding part of the input form.
Hold down the key and click a word in the image to save the extracted data to the selected field.
