Many users of Verification can work more efficiently when using keyboard shortcuts in place of buttons and menus.
To check the current keyboard shortcuts, select > . The dialog is displayed.
If needed, you can adjust the shortcuts. Use this procedure:
Using the XBOUND Management Center, open a console containing the Process Designer plug-in. (For information about working with consoles and with the Process Designer, see XBOUND Help.)
Under , click the desired process.
In the area, click :

In the area, double-click the Verification process step. The Verification settings are displayed.
Click the tab.
Change the available shortcuts as desired:
Select the existing shortcut and press the keys of your new shortcut.
If needed, you can click to revert to the standard shortcut.
Remove a shortcut by clicking . (This does not remove it from the menu. Deselecting the check box removes the command from the menu.)
Use the check box next to a shortcut to enable or disable the shortcut and the menu command.
Click .
Save the process.
Use for zooming in images.
You can press and click in an image. If data was collected from that part of the image, it is highlighted in yellow and focus shifts to the corresponding part of the input form.
Hold down the key and click a word in the image to save the extracted data to the selected field.
Or use , click and drag to outline an area and apply the value contained in it. See Using rubberbanding for more information.
You can also use with arrow keys to move around within tables in your input form.
