Setting keyboard shortcuts for Verification

Many users of Verification can work more efficiently when using keyboard shortcuts in place of buttons and menus.

To check the current keyboard shortcuts, select Options > Shortcuts. The Shortcuts dialog is displayed.

If needed, you can adjust the shortcuts. Use this procedure:

  1. Using the XBOUND Management Center, open a console containing the Process Designer plug-in. (For information about working with consoles and with the Process Designer, see XBOUND Help.)

  2. Under Process Navigation, click the desired process.

  3. In the Process area, click Process Design:

  4. In the Process area, double-click the Verification process step. The Verification settings are displayed.

  5. Click the Shortcuts tab.

  6. Change the available shortcuts as desired:

Select the existing shortcut and press the keys of your new shortcut.

If needed, you can click Reset to revert to the standard shortcut.

Remove a shortcut by clicking Delete. (This does not remove it from the menu. Deselecting the check box removes the command from the menu.)

Use the check box next to a shortcut to enable or disable the shortcut and the menu command.

  7. Click OK.

  8. Save the process.
