The Queues policy dialog

ClosedTo access this dialog:

  1. On the Configuration tab of the Administration module, expand Solutions and then the solution you are working with.

  2. Click Solution policies.

  3. In the right pane, double-click Queues.

Use these settings to define queues:

Queue names

Name

The name of the queue.
   
Add Adds a queue to the list.
Delete Deletes a queue from the list.
