These settings are available when you use the built-in configuration tool to configure the ReadSoft Production service.
The tool is a beta version and is not working satisfactorily. Follow these manual instructions, instead.

Use these settings when configuring the ReadSoft Production service:

How often (in seconds) the client (the Production module) needs to say that it is "alive", which happens when a document or batch is saved. If it does not do so, it is terminated by the service. |

How long (in seconds) the service should wait for the client (the Production module) to shut down before forcing it to shut down. |
|
|
How long (in seconds) the service should wait, if the process stops responding, before trying to restart the application. |
|
|
The maximum number of restarts for each process. |
|
|
Activates service logging to the Windows Event Log. This is useful for troubleshooting Windows services. |
