Selecting and performing a task using the Production module

  1. If prompted to log on, type your user name and password. (Note that these are case sensitive.)

  2. If prompted, select a runtime system and a solution.

  3. Select a production task:

    1. Under Available tasks, select a production task. Clicking Refresh checks the documents to be processed and updates the number of batches and documents in the Remarks column.

    2. Type, Status, Created, Object ID and Document information for the selected task is displayed in the table to the right and can be sorted by clicking the column headers.

    3. Select one or more batches to process and click Start.

If several operators choose the same batch, the total number of batches and documents is divided among the operators. At the end of the session operators a pop-up dialog informs the operators of this.

Note: Clicking Refresh updates the version number of newly deployed solutions. However, the Production module must be restarted before any changes take place in the deployed solution.
