Managing batches

The FORMS administrator can view information about batches and manipulate them.

When a batch of forms is scanned, information about it is stored in the database. The batch remains in the database until it is removed, for example, when the last form in the batch is transferred.

While batches are in the database, you can:

• List or print information about batches

• Delete batches before transfer

• Delete batches after transfer
