Check whether batches of a certain type exist in the database |
Click the Batch definitions object bar in the Manager. Click the plus sign (+) next to the batch type you want to check. If Processed batches appears in the list, then there are batches of that type in the database. |
|
View more detailed information |
Double-click Processed batches. The Status information dialog appears. Each batch in the program’s database has one of the form statuses shown in the dialog. (If the dialog shows no batches but you know that the database contains some, or if you suspect that the database contains more batches than the number shown in this dialog, see Scan crashed while a set or batch was being scanned.) It is not possible to see how many forms there are in a batch. |
|
See how many batches are in each queue |
Click Queues in the Status information dialog. The Queues dialog also tells you how many batches with that particular status are in no queue at all (No queue). Note: If you add up the batches in queues plus no queue, the sum can exceed the total indicated in the Status information dialog if any batches with that status are in more than one queue. |
|
Print information about batches in the database |
Click Print all in the Status information dialog. Information about all batches in the database is printed to a connected printer. |
Tip! In FORMS 5-3 there is a faster and more dynamic way to get information about forms, sets, and batches.
