To delete sets or batches from the database after they are transferred:
Click the Set/batch definitions object bar in the Manager.
Click the plus sign (+) next to the form type you want to delete.
Right-click Processed sets/batches and select Delete transferred sets/batches. The Delete transferred dialog appears.
Click Start to remove all sets with the status Transferred from the set database. If there are many sets with the status Transferred, this command can take some time.
Normally, FORMS deletes transferred sets or batches from the databases after transfer. Use this procedure only if you have deselected Delete transferred forms in a Transfer job description.
Troubleshooting: Cannot find batches
